HOW TO DIABETIC PATIENT SHOULD TAKE CARE DURING CORONA PANDEMIC

 People who had suffering  diabetes,They will have highest chances of getting Corona  .so they have to take some extra protection.

The mortality rate of diabetes patient is 8 to 9%.so I share some tips.Which will protect the diabetic patient from corona disease.

Never Skip Medicine

Diabetic   patient should take their medicine or insulin regularly as per their doctor consultation. Never skip their medicine which will be harmful  for them in corona situation.

Follow Diabetic Diet Plan

Diabetic patient should  maintained  their diabetic diet plan regularly as per consultant dietitian.

Do Exercise 

Diabetic  Patient should do exercise or walking atleast 30-45 mins regularly.Never skip the exercise
