 Indian weight loss diet plan for lactating Mothers

Tips :-

NO GM / KETO / PALEO /LCHF DIETS

Early morning :- 1 glass milk + 1 TBSP panjiri mix

Breakfast 9:00 AM - Moong dal + Palak leaf chilla 

                                 Tomato + Adrak chutney or vegetable dalia + curd or 2 boiled egg + 2 wheat bread

Mid morning - Buttermilk + soaked almonds or pomegranate + tulsi chai

Lunch (1 PM)- Sprouts or green vegetable salad + 2 chapati +Paneer or bottle gourd + dal 

After lunch - Ajwain water 

(10-5 minutes walking )

4 P.M -Coconut water or caffeine free green tea(limited 1-2 cup) or ragi page

Evening (5 P.M)- Badam+poppy seed laddoo (improves milk supply)

7 P.M - Fenugreek seed water

Dinner - Vegetable khichdi + kadhi 

                            Or

              2 roti+green leafy vegetable + dal

                            Or

            vegetable dalia + 1 cup curd or kadhi

After dinner - 10-15 minutes walking

Bed time - 1 glass milk + 6 soaked almonds+45 minutes walking
