TIMING DIET CHART DAILY MENU 
8:00AM - After wakeup Luke warm water (1 glass) 
8:05 AM - Soaked chana/nuts/chola (2 Tsp) 
8:10-8:30 - AM Working/running 
8:35 AM - Kara 
8:45 AM - Luke warm water (1 glass) 
9:00 AM - Breakfast - Day 1- Besan chilla 
( 150 gm)with vegetable (1 bowl)+2 egg white 
Day 2- Dalia (150 gm) with vegetable (1 bowl)+2 egg white 
Day 3- Poha (150 gm) with vegetable (1 bowl)+2 egg white
 Day 4-Sabo khidri (150 gm) with vegetable (1 bowl)+2 egg white Day 5-Suji dhosa (150 gm) with vegetable (1 bowl)+2 egg white Day 6- Brown bread (2pcs)+ 1 bowl vegetable soup (100 gm)+2 egg white
 Day 7- Suji idly ( 150 gm ) with vegetable(1 bowl)+2 egg white
 After breakfast 10 minutes walking
 After 15 minutes Water (1 litre) 
10 AM - Seasonal mixed fruits – apple+guava+papaya+pear+orange (900 gm to 1 kg) 
After fruits -10 minutes walking 
After 15 minutes - Water (500litre) 
11:30 AM - Coconut water (1 glass) 
12:30 PM - Salad(600-700gm)-Cucumber(400 gm-500gm)+Carrot +Tomato 
1:00 PM - Lukewarm water (1 glass)
 1:05 PM - Lunch Brown rice (1 bowl) Sabji dal (1 small bowl) (MUST) Mixed vegetable (without potato) Any green leafy vegetable curry (1 small bowl) Chicken/Fish/Paneer/Mixed vegetable (50 gm)+Curd (100 gm) (MUST)
 After lunch -15 minutes walking 
After 15 minutes - Water (1 litre)
 4:00 PM - Chia seeds (2 tsp) with water/milk(Double toned)(1 glass)
 4:30 PM - Water (500litre) 
6:30 PM - Green salad (260 gm) Cucumber+Onion+Tomato+Broccoli+Boiled chicken/Spouted chola 7:15 PM - Water (1 litre)
 7:30 PM - Kabab (50 gm)/Panner chilla (50 gm)/Suji idly(50 gm)/Poha(50 gm)/Gravy chow (50 gm)/Roasted chana (50 gm)/Pop corn(50 gm) 
 8:30 PM - Water (1 litre) 
9:00 PM - Salad(600-700gm)-Cucumber(400 gm-500gm)+Carrot+Tomato 
9:15 PM - Lukewarm water (1 glass)
 9:30 PM - Dinner Roti(50 gm) (2 pcs) (Atta+Oats+Bajra+Ragi)+Mixed dal(small bowl)+Mixed veg+Chicken/Vegetable with soyabean stew (small bowl)
 After dinner - 15 minutes walking
 After 15 minutes - Water(750 litre)
 At bed time - Kara/Haldi milk
 Foods to be avoided 
 Deep fried food, Cheese, Meaonnaise, Cake,pastry Cold drinks Sugar Junk food Ice cream Potato Any white food
