  Ingredients

  Fresh, chopped spinach leaves - 1 cup

  Vegetables - One cup crushed

  Carrots

  Whole cumin - half a teaspoon

  Method

  Boil spinach leaves and carrots

  When done, cool and make a paste in a blender

   Strain, so that there are no scales

  Feed the baby hot
