How to reduce Blood Sugar Level Naturally


we know that diabetics is a life style disease. If we follow the below mentioned tips, we can definitely control our blood sugar level and live  a healthy life. 

1.EXERCISE REGULARLY


Regular exercise help you to losing or maintaining  your  body weight. that's why your body cell able to use the available sugar in your blood stream & reduce blood sugar level.
you can do the exercise like - walking , running , dancing or swimming etc..

2.REDUCE  YOUR CARBOHYDRATE INTAKE IN A DAY



After eating Carbohydrate rich food carbohydrate broke down into glucose in our body. For normal person insulin hormone helps to move glucose from blood to cell and stored as energy. But in diabetic situation insulin hormone can't work properly, that's why sugar level increases in our blood. so reducing carbohydrate intake in your daily diet, help you to control sugar level in your blood. 

3.DRINK PLENTY OF WATER IN A DAY


Water is a good source to reduce blood sugar level. keep hydrate your body,that can reduce the risk of diabetes. take at least  3-4 litre water  in a day.

if you do not like to drink water then you can add pudina or cardamom or lemon into water,then have it. but must include 3-4 litre of water  in your daily routine to reduce blood sugar level.

4.CHOOSE FOODS WITH A LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX


Low -glycemic index foods raises a persons blood sugar level 
slowly. low glycemic index foods are barley, oats, whole  bread, brown rice,bajra, quinoa, low glycemic index fruits and green leafy vegetable,low fat milk product, legumes, peanuts etc. include in your diet to reduce blood sugar level.

5.INCREASE PROTEIN IN YOUR DAILY DIET


Protein is essential to 
control sugar level in your blood. protein produces lees glucose than carbohydrate. As It digest slowly, it helps you from overeating. it helps  to reduce body fat. protein rich foods are  beans,nuts, seeds , fish, chicken, egg and low fat  dairy product.

Check  your blood glucose level  regularly through glucometer at your home and make chart to adjust your food and medicine.

Monitor  your blood HBAIC  level in 3 months interval & consult your doctor. it can help you to monitor your blood sugar level. Adjust foods and medicine when you need to decrease your blood sugar level.

10.REDUCE STRESS LEVEL


Stress always affects to your blood sugar. So,try to  manage your stress through meditation, breathing exercise,yoga etc..

11.GET A PROPER SLEEP 


Poor sleeping habits and lack of rest can affect the insulin sensitivity and increases the blood sugar level. So,take proper sleep at least 7-8 hours minimum in a day to maintain blood glucose level.

12. INCLUDE CHIA SEEDS IN  YOUR DIET


Chia seeds are great food to reduce blood sugar level. chia seeds are high in fiber and low in digestible carbs,it helps to reduce hunger and maintain glycemic management in individual with diabetes.

13.DON'T SKIP INSULIN OR MEDICINE


Diabetes patient  should never skip any medication or insulin. It can be very harmful for them.
