   Ingredients

  Brown bread - two slices


  Fresh cheese - 100 g


  Onion mashed


  Tomato mashed


  Turmeric powder


  Salt


  Garam Masala


  Method

>  Grate the cheese to make bhurji

 > Fry onion with ghee / oil in a pan

>  Mix tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and cheese

 > Serve with bhurji in the middle of the bread
