A little ginger powder
White oil
Mustard
Turmeric powder
Moong dal
Salt
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Method
> Fry mustard, pulses and curry leaves in the cooker
> Stir in the onion, ginger powder and vegetables
> Add roasted dahlia, salt and water
> Spread coriander leaves with two whistles and serve
